Immerse yourself in the deeper studies of Yoga over 4 weekends this Fall 2026 (10/2-4, 10/9-11, 10/23-25, 11/13-15).  This is Module I of our Yoga Teacher Training is designed to help you to understand Yoga as a practice, a discipline, and a way of life; as well as provide an environment for you to better understand your Self. This course provides a comprehensive background in Yoga—designed for practitioners who want to deepen their understanding of the true meaning and purpose of this practice as well as teachers who want to be able lead from a place of knowledge, wisdom and understanding. (This registration is for Module I ONLY. You can add Module II later if interested or sign up for the full 200 hour training including the 9 day retreat in Ecuador using the other link.)

Our Fall 2026 Yoga Teacher Training will take place between Oxford, MS and our sister retreat center just outside of Quito, Ecuador. This training will begin with 4 weekends of study this fall 2026 in Oxford (Module I; 84 hrs) at Southern Star Yoga Center, and will conclude with a 9 Day Teacher Training Immersion in South America (Aguadulce Yoga Retreat just outside of Quito, Ecuador). The final retreat will allow you to unplug and dedicate your full self, while surrounded by the natural beauty of Ecuador. We have built in some wonderful excursions to allow you to experience the land and culture as well while you’re there!
