Join us for a free community meditation group each Sunday from 3-3:45pm. We will find a comfortable position either seated in a chair or a cushion on the floor and begin with pranayama (breathwork) to steady and focus the mind and balance the energetic body. Sometimes the yogic tools of mudra and mantra will be used to enhance the medtation experience. Donations to a local charity will be accepted but not required.
